I am a highly skilled and experienced computer trainer and coach with over 15 years experience. As a technical training consultant with Kaiser Permanente, I bring a unique blend of business experience and a creative training style. I offer a range of highly accessible and confidence-building approaches to computer skills workshops and to one-to-one coaching sessions.

I have a varied background as an experienced technical trainer, business trainer and consultant, covering a wide range of computer skills. My experience in technical training complements my background in art and web design. My constructive and stimulating approach leads attendees to regularly regard my workshops as both “excellent” and “inspiring”.


I am so passionate about helping people realize their true potential via my coaching and technical training and now Ladies Who Launch. I have a lively and engaging style of delivery and am equally comfortable working with beginners through to advanced learners to help them maximize their personal impact. I bring a powerful combination of business and technical experience to all of my training.


After attending the Ladies Who Launch Intensive Incubator Workshop, I am now an entrepreneur. My business, “My Digital Coach” focuses on computer training and consulting with a “twist”. It is technology with a human touch. My Digital Coach focuses on the key areas of your life by providing one-on-one coaching and group workshops that are affordable and easy to understand. You create your own digital roadmap to take control of your professional, financial, and personal life. My goal is to make your life and technology “click”.


“My Digital Coach” inspires people to feel a part of the great World Wide Web and allows them to successfully bring together what is virtual and what is real. Complete “Digital Makeovers” are available to anyone who wants to learn how to enrich and enhance their life by using the Internet as a gateway to making positive changes. My goal is to bring technology into each client’s life and make it better. For now, services are available in the San Francisco Bay area however I am planning to incorporate and create a larger business structure. I will be recruiting and training (in the “Digital Coach” method) additional people who want to be digital coaches.
